if a tom and a she-cat agree to have kits, two weeks after the request is posted in this board, the staff will generate the kits. these kits can be adopted out to rpers or claimed by the parents. if there is a cross-clan relationship, the kits will belong to the mother's clan unless there is a sub-plot suggesting otherwise.
