it feels like a perfect night to dress up like hipsters; and make fun of our exes, uh uh, uh uh. it feels like a perfect night for breakfast at midnight to fall in love with strangers, uh uh, uh uh. yeah, we're happy, free, confused, and lonely at the same time. it's miserable and magical. tonight's the night when we forget about the deadlines, it's time. i don't know about you, but i'm feeling 22. everything will be alright, if you keep me next to you. you don't know about me, but i'll bet you want to. everything will be alright, i we just keep dancing like we're 22.
Her parents being rogues, new girl has never known what "clan life" truly meant. She lived her first 7 moons in the outskirts, living life with only her parents and the animals of the wilderness, knowing all of the rules of survival. However, her parents die, the clans become her home andshe has to learn the rules of clan lifel, a jungle in itself. She instantly makes friends with two cats, out1 and out2, who, in the terms of the clan life, were in the "out crowd." Soon she meets the Plastics, the three crude, beautiful, popular girls, consisting of pop1, the unofficial leader, pop2, pop1's full-time follower, and pop3, "one of the dumbest people you will ever meet." They immediately let her into their group, but new girl, wanting to keep her first friends, is unsure. The two convince new girl to keep her relationship with the Plastics, only so that they can know their dark secrets. However, events turn for the worse when new girl falls for pop1's ex-boyfriend, boy. When pop1 finds out, she seeks revenge of new girl by taking boy back. When new girl finds out, what began as a game to discover secrets turns into a plan to destroy pop1. Now, new girl, out1, out2plot together to bring pop1's status down. However, as new girl spends more time with the Plastics, she, too, begins to become one.
